Since he was the only wolf the zoo had before taking in the evacuees, do you suppose the enclosure he was moved to just wasn't inspected closely enough before putting him in it?
I had to stop reading the STrib article's comments because the people there were making me so angry. Although in defense of the first people asking about why they didn't tranquilize the wolf, the article originally didn't have much info other than that a wolf got out and was shot. There was originally no explanation about why tranqs weren't used. That's one thing I really hate about the STrib site. They continuously update their stories but there's no indication of it, so people can comment on one thing in the article and the article could be different by the time you read it and the comments. The article that is up there now is COMPLETELY different from the one I read at noon and that those first people commented on.
