Day 09: Describe how concerts make you feel
Concert can have such a cleansing effect. There's been a few times where I had been feeling really sick and miserable, to the point of almost not going. And then once you're at the show and the band comes on stage - all that goes away.
I also love that feeling of being surrounded by other people that "get it." It's one thing to chat with other fandom people online, but the ability to do that in person for a night is an amazing thing. For example, during a lull at the Music For Relief booth last month at the Linkin Park concert me and another volunteer just started recreating favorite scenes from episodes of LPTV. In any other place those around us would be looking like we're nuts (Why is she pretending that water bottle is a didgeridoo? And what exactly is an autogram anyway?) but instead there was a crowd of LPU fanclub members waiting to go into meet-n-greet that knew exactly what we were doing.
Plus that moment where several thousand people are singing along to a song at the same time? Amazing!
Day 01: Post a picture from the first concert you ever went to
Day 02: Post a picture of your most recent concert
Day 03: Post you best concert picture
Day 04: Describe in detail the best concert you've been to
Day 05: Post a picture of a piece of concert memorabilia that you own (guitar picks, drum sticks, merch, etc.)
Day 06: Post a picture of a band you want to see live and why
Day 07: Post a picture of the band that you've seen that gave the best performance and why
Day 08: Describe the craziest mosh pit you've ever been to
Day 09: Describe how concerts make you feel
Day 10: Post a picture of a band you've seen the most
